The service

Mimar is an app by Sayfa that runs AI models for you to create images, video and sound. By using Mimar you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Your account

You sign in with Apple and are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where the law of your country requires it.

Credits

• Runs are paid with credits. The price of a run is shown before you start and taken when the run is created; a run that fails gives back exactly what it took.
• Purchased credits are bought through Apple and follow Apple's terms, including refunds.
• Credits have no cash value. They can't be paid out, sold or transferred to another account, and are lost when you delete your account.

Templates and earned credits

• You can publish something you made as a template. Its result, title, description and your display name are public; its prompt and other fixed inputs stay hidden.
• When another person runs your template with credits they bought, you earn a share of them as credits, up to a daily limit. Your own runs and runs paid with free or earned credits earn nothing.
• We may change the share or the limit, and we may withhold credits earned through abuse, such as fake accounts.

What you make

What you create belongs to you, as far as the law and the model's license allow. You give us the permission we need to store it, show it to you, and show your published templates to others.

• Don't create or publish content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, harassing, or that violates someone else's rights or likeness without permission.
• Don't upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Every run passes a safety filter. Templates can be reported; reported templates may be hidden while we review them, and we remove templates and close accounts that break these rules.

About AI results

AI models can produce wrong, unexpected or similar results. Check what you make before you rely on it or share it. Models may change or be removed.

Liability

Mimar is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Sayfa is not liable for indirect damages or for losses beyond what you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using Mimar and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When these terms change, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes.
