Delete your account

You can delete your Mimar account in the app at any time. It removes everything and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

  • Open Mimar and sign in.
  • Go to Account → Delete account.
  • Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

What is removed

Everything: your account and email, all your runs and their results, your uploads, your templates, your credit balance and history, and your devices. Files are deleted from our storage too. Mimar's access to your Apple ID is revoked, and you are signed out on every device.

Unused credits, purchased or earned, are lost and can't be refunded by us.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Mimar subscription bought in the App Store; Apple keeps renewing it until you cancel it. To cancel, on your iPhone go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, choose Mimar and tap Cancel Subscription. Do this before you delete your account.

Encrypted database backups are deleted after 30 days, so your data is gone from them within that time.

Can't open the app?

Write to [email protected] from the email you use with Sign in with Apple and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
